Tourists must have an overall idea about Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu while traveling to the beautiful district of India. Kanyakumari is situated in the farthest south of the peninsular of India and is in the adjoining point of the three oceans comprising the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean. Kanyakumari has acquired international fame as a Hindu pilgrimage.  The main attraction here is the the great Indian Philosopher Swami Vivekananda’s memorial is built in a small island like rock 200 meters from the shore.
